How to Use a Free Profile
It’s free to handle basic tasks like managing your daily income and expenses.
1. Add expense
- Tap the “Add Expense” icon to access the “Add Expense” screen
- Enter the amount, note, and transaction date, then tap “Next: Select Category”
- Select a category for the expense, then tap “Next: Add Tag”
- Select relevant tags or create new ones, and tap “Done”
2. Add income
- Tap the “Add Income” icon to access the “Add Income” screen
- Enter the amount, note, and transaction date, then tap “Next: Select Category”
- Select a category for the income, then tap “Next: Add Tag”
- Select relevant tags or create new ones, and tap “Next: Jar Budgeting”
- Tab on ($) or (%) icon to setup your Jars then tap “Done”
3. Pins
- Navigate to “History” or “Report” to create a new Pin
- After sorting, searching, or filtering transactions to create a custom report, click the “Pin” icon at the top right corner
- Set a title, color, and select an icon, then press “Save”
- To view your Pins, go to the “Pins” section at the bottom right corner, where you’ll find the Pins you’ve just added under “Additional Pins”
- To manage your Pins, go to the “Home” screen and click “Edit” in the “Quick Pins” section.
- You can remove unnecessary Pins from “Quick Pins” and add your own from “Additional Pins”
4. View report
- Navigate to the “Report” tab to access the Report Screen
- Here, you can view charts and toggle between “Expense” and “Income” to see live transactions
- Use the “Filter” icon at the top right to filter transactions by date range, income/expense type, or tags. You can also save your report by pressing the “Pin” icon at the top right corner
5. Transaction History
- Navigate to the “History” tab to access the History Screen
- Here, you can view your total expenses and income, and scroll down for detailed transactions
- Use the Search, Filter, or Sort icons at the top right to customize your transaction view, then press the “Pin” icon to save your Pins
